Sisters Trying to Get Pregnant: Mission Accomplished

Few days after I found out that I'm pregnant, my older sister began to wonder the possibility that she might be pregnant too.  For several days,  she's also been missing her period and the only thing that makes it harder to predict hers is her irregular menstrual flow from month to month.

For a woman who is three years older than I am, my sister feels that having another baby should be on top of her priority.  Her first child  Maxinne who will be turning four next month has not just turned into a beautiful girl but a smart and intelligent child that any parent would be proud of.  But like any other kid, she has also mood swings and temperaments.  You would notice hers once she started to get quiet, her face frowning while sitting somewhere at the corner of their room or even at the stairs.  You can also see her crying once in a while when playing and fighting with her cousins,  a normal behavior for kids at their age.  In fact, some kids simply do cry more than she does.  Oftentimes, when these things happen, you'll hear the elders telling parents, "sundan mo na kasi" "give her a sibling".... so some things  might possibly change.

I believe the hardest part of having another kid is getting pregnant.  Unlike my sister who has been trying for years, I was convinced few days before the result came in that it wasn't probably my time yet to have another one.  I was astonished on how hard it is to wait for your ovulation month after month to get pregnant and wait for a couple more weeks to get the result days after days of anticipation.  It wasn't easy.  Despite the fact that my biological alarm clock has started, I was ready to hit "snooze" for just a little longer so I could do exactly whatelse I have on my mind like working and taking care of my family all at the same time.   But Great Surprises comes when you find yourselves already dealing with things youre afraid of and when you least expect it.  I'm sure Denyse and Maxinne will be very good sisters to their siblings, they love babies and they're expecting theirs for years.  These babies in our bellies arrived just in time as luck would have it. Congrats Sis! Thanks God! Finally:)
