7th Week: Tips for Treats

There are ways I find useful in alleviating the discomfort I experience during this first trimester.  Fortunately, I am few of those pregnant women who haven't been experiencing worst morning sickness yet at this early stage which is extremely the opposite when I had my first baby.

During one dinner at Banana Leaf, I already felt that the foods that are about to be served are gonna be repulsived to my taste.  Though I love spice and mixtures of flavors, specifically Thai Foods, that time wasn't just the same.  After dinner, I felt that Im gonna throw up and for the first time, I did!  thankfully, we're back home.

Perhaps, my dinner at Banana Leaf is a warning signal that there are really foods that causes nausea and vomiting.  From thenon, I try to avoid fried, fatty or greasy foods.   I also hate seasoned foods such as Mexican and  Italian dishes.  I also find some rich foods, such as pies, cakes, and some pastries that can also cause problems.

To start the day, I keep Oreo and water by my bedside. Yes, Oreo, my all time fave.  I try to have a nibble before getting out of bed.

I still have tender breasts and sooner, I need to look for a larger cup as my pregnancy advances.  I still find myself making very frequent trips to the bathroom.
