11th Week: Staying Hydrated, Hormones and Road trips

I'm officially 11 weeks and 3 days pregnant now.  After my last check-up last May 2, I felt a little bit frightened of my baby's status inside my womb.  The doctor failed to hear the heartbeat though I had the chance to see his/her heartbeat flickering on the screen on my last ultrasound.  He/she is about 2 inches long now and weighs probably around 7 grams.  Very tiny to even feel his/her movements.  Tomorrow, we'll try again to see if we could hear the heartbeat.  Its probably too early to hear him/her that well.  God Im sure will take care of everything.

My frequent trips to the bathroom has gradually subsiding for the past couple of days.  It is probably due to my less liquid intake compared to the previous months.  I understand how essential to stay hydrated while pregnant.  But I don't think Im drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water, juice or milk each day.  I notice it with my urine, drinking enough fluids will make your urine almost clear to very light yellow, mine is darker than the usual.  That I should keep in mind!

I am less nauseous and more moody this week, my doctor's secretary called me last weekend to tell that my TSH or Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone  is low and she recommend me asap to see an endocrinologist.  Immediately, I set up an appointment with the one she referred and I am scheduled on May 17.

I have so many plans in my mind that I wanna do before my belly burst into a big balloon.  Things that I might not be able to do for the last trimester of my pregnancy.  Things like going on a long road trip, travelling or mere boat riding.  I don't wanna miss a thing, but if I could do it now, I'll probably jump into that idea, who knows.  Especially now that there are times that I really don't feel pregnant at all.
