Holydays at LA

Los Angeles or LA is much more than a great big freeway. Driving it by the maximum speed limit enforced in California from our place will take us at least five to six hours stretched. Contrary to what you might expect while hitting the road crossing every mountain, its really a great big city. As far as I could recall, we did long drive to LA for more than seven times already since Denyse was born. Imagining bringing a baby at disneyland at the age of nine months pushing her stroller or carry her thru shoulder harness with a huge baby bag on our side, changing diapers and feeding her every now and then. Its intensely tiresome and exhausting but the thing is, memories are priceless.

There are number of activities, events and venues in LA. There are amusement parks, concerts, museums, sports teams, sporting events, must-see tourist spots and TV show tapings. If you watch Street Smart, some tapings are done along Hollywood Walk of fame, Hollywood Boulevard. Along that block, you'll find the footprints of the stars at widely known Grauman's Chinese Theatre. And then six minutes from here will take you to Universal City, Universal Studios, or you could take at least 10 minutes and you'll reach the famous Rodeo Drive at Beverly Hills. If you're planning to go further to the South, drive at I-5 for 39 minutes and exit at ball road at anaheim and you'll hit Disneyland. Below were shots taken last Holy Week.
